Situational Leadership – 3 days

Do I get the best out of myself as a manager?  The three-day Situational Leadership training starts by looking at your preferences in behaviour and communication style and provides you with insights to adapt these preferences to the situation you are facing. You will start using the tools immediately and notice that you will manage more effectively. By using your influence on your team effectively, you ensure that your team members are motivated to contribute to the organisation’s results and objectives.
